Service description

We collect, sort, and process used clothing through micro-depot partners. Customers may receive payment based on weight, category, and market demand. Rates are indicative and may vary.

Acceptable items

All clothing must be clean, dry, and suitable for handling. We reserve the right to reject contaminated, moldy, wet, or non-textile waste without payment.

Depot partners

Depot partners agree to follow our process, record transactions accurately, keep clothes dry and organized, and request pickup when storage is full.

Liability

We are not responsible for items left at depots without a recorded transaction. All payouts are final once accepted.
